Job Title: Job Scheduling Administrator (Cellnex Practitioner) Location: Nottingham NG7 Contract Length: 6 Months (high potential to extend) Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 39 Hours – First week training fully onsite then Hybrid 2 days per week in the office (Tuesday/ Thursday) and 3 days remote) Rate: £12.60 per hour – £25,553 annually Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Job Scheduling Administrator on behalf of a global company in the Tech/ Intelligent Infrastructure industry. This role is from Monday – Friday on a Hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office on a Tuesday and Thursday. This is a 6 month contract that has the potential to be on a 6 month rolling contract. The successful Job scheduling Administrator will join the growing Smart Infrastructure Team based in Nottingham. The Job scheduling Administrators will offer excellent Customer Service and Admin support to the wider team. The Cellnex Practitioner role is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive coordination involved in arranging and scheduling Cellnex works. This includes faults, supplier driven requests, project work (including sub metering) and customer escalations. The role will require ownership of specific booking requirements, which involve arranging site access, coordinating permits, securing keys, managing risk assessment methods (RAMs), and organizing specialist vehicle hires, among other exceptions. Your efforts will ensure the seamless execution of Cellnex projects from start to finish. You will also be responsible for arranging and confirming all incoming requests pertinent to your area within agreed timeframes, facilitating permit acceptance while keeping customers informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate must be target-driven and highly organised, adept at meeting contractual KPIs and SLAs while providing essential administrative support to field engineers until job completion. Required to participate in internal and external meetings and workshops to report on performance metrics and contribute to ongoing development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Take ownership of daily processes and activities necessary for booking, scheduling, and reviewing Cellnex operations. * Engage with internal and external customers and field engineers on a daily basis, promptly addressing any queries within specified timelines. * Organise and prioritise your workload effectively to meet targets and milestones for each appointment. * Collaborate closely with our customers to ensure their requirements are met, and that all communications and actions are executed within agreed SLAs. * Ensure that all data entered into company systems is accurate and of high quality. * Maintain precise and high-quality data for live trackers related to work requests and booking requirements. * Demonstrate adaptability to change and proactively seek opportunities for process improvements. * Build and sustain strong relationships with other teams within the company\’s services to facilitate seamless inter-team operations. * Understand and operate within the framework of the Company values and the strategy. Previous Experience/ Skills: * Work efficiently and adaptably to meet changing demands. * Tackle problems and challenges with a logical and systematic approach. * Embrace and advocate for change with a positive attitude. * Possess strong Microsoft and analytical skills. * Excel in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. * Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage your workload.
