What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology & Transformation talent, giving both clients and candidates the VIP treatment.
- Building relationships with our UK client network, demonstrating why we\’re the go‑to partner for scaling their teams.
- More than just placements: you\’ll be supporting candidates from application to onboarding, building relationships that last.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs inside and out.
- Sharing your successes (our marketing team will help you build your personal brand).
- Getting involved in the UK transformation scene, from events to webinars.
What You\’ll Need:
- Proven 360 Perm/Contract experience, including new business development.
- Ideally, experience in a vertical market.
- A genuine passion for connecting with candidates and staying ahead of recruitment trends.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and an open mind.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a self‑starter mentality.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (we\’re a Google shop).
