Shipping Coordinator

PE Global is recruiting a Shipping Coordinator for our multinational industrial manufacturing client based in Peterborough. The role is an initial 12-month contract and the rate for this role £15.04 PAYE or £20.41 Umbrella.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange for shipments of products to be despatched to customers based on available product
• Working with carriers and customers to agree collection schedules
• Send all relevant documentation for the shipments to the necessary contacts
• Prepare, submit and record the export entry for goods sent overseas

Requirements:

• Min. of 1 year Export experience or transportation/booking background desirable.
• Customer service experience
