Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level Sales - Full Training Provided

What you will be doing

You’ll receive full training to:

• Speak daily with senior candidates in banking and finance

• Manage recruitment processes from interview to placement

• Source top talent through headhunting and networking

• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping

• Build relationships with clients in the UK, Europe and the US

• Contribute to business development and market insights

• Progress to running your own desk and client base

Who We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 degree (or equivalent experience)

• Either a recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, estate agency or any client-facing role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A genuine interest in business, sales or finance

• Ambition, resilience and a desire to build a long-term career

• No recruitment experience needed – full training provided
