Tradewind Recruitment is working with a SEND secondary school in Litherland to find a dynamic and motivated Forest School/Outdoor Education Practitioner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in a unique learning environment where they can engage with nature, develop practical skills, and build self-confidence through outdoor activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Forest School and outdoor education sessions to small groups of SEND students. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and well-being in natural settings. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to tailor activities to the individual needs of students. Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students, encouraging them to develop independence and social skills. Observe and assess student progress and report on achievements.
