What You'll Do

As a Trainee, you will engage in a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:

• Daily Process Execution: Monitor cash reports, conduct daily reconciliations, and generate key reports.
• Client Adjustments: Track and manage client adjustments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the client-facing middle office and Brokerage Payables teams to address client and broker-related issues.
• Project Participation: Contribute to projects that support our business lines and enhance operational efficiency.
• Risk Monitoring: Keep an eye on operational risks and key performance indicators to safeguard our clients and the firm.
