Essentia, part of Guy\’s and St Thomas\’ NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking to recruit Senior Project Managers to play a key role within its Estate Development function. The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for the successful implementation of a portfolio of diverse projects including estates refurbishment, strategic and long-term maintenance, engineering, compliance and decarbonisation schemes. The role holder will act as the GSTT client and proactively lead external teams to deliver projects to time, budget and quality standards, accountable for and managing the project programme delivery processes through all RIBA stages. We are seeking individuals with demonstrable experience of leading the procurement and delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and engineering projects in a complex estate setting. Experience of delivering projects in live, operational, critical environments would be particularly advantageous.
