Our client has recently launched two bold new dining concepts within their hotel, combining refined British cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients and elegant simplicity. Following the success of similar ventures within their group, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their senior kitchen team and play a pivotal role in shaping its future.
