Job Description
Registered Manager – Family Assessment Centre – £50,000+
NonStop care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager within Children's residential, family assessment or local authority settings, to join an established family assessment centre based in Cambridge! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to try something new.
This role is offering a very attractive salary for experienced managers, allowing you greater income during these trying times which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction & finanial situation.
Responsibilities of this position include;
- Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure children and families have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
- Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
- Help with the establishment of the assessment centre
