Based in Old Trafford, Manchester (5 mins from the city centre)

£25K basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60K+)

We’re on the lookout for a confident, chatty, and customer-focused Warranties Specialist to join our growing client’s team! No cold calling here — just speaking to happy customers who’ve just secured finance for their dream car

You’ll be offering tailored warranty packages, helping them protect their new purchase, and making sure the post-sale journey is just as smooth as the rest

What you\’ll be doing:

• Chatting with customers post-payout to offer extended warranty options
• Explaining 12, 24, and 36-month cover plans (mechanical & electrical)
• Setting up payment plans and handling any objections with ease
• Coordinating vehicle collection/delivery with dealerships
• Keeping track of sales and interactions via internal system

What we’re looking for:

• Outbound sales experience is a must
• Confident on the phone and great at handling objections
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a natural rapport builder
• CRM + Excel know-how
• Warranty/GAP insurance or motor trade experience = big bonus!

Full-time | Mon–Sat (day off in the week if you work a Saturday)
