Job Overview

We’re seeking a confident, chatty, and customer-focused Warranties Specialist to join our growing client’s team. This role involves speaking with satisfied customers who have recently secured finance for their dream car, offering tailored warranty packages, and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers post-payout to promote extended warranty options
2. Explain cover plans for 12, 24, and 36 months (mechanical & electrical)
3. Set up payment plans and address objections confidently
4. Coordinate vehicle collection and delivery with dealerships
5. Maintain records of sales and interactions using internal systems

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience in outbound sales is essential
2. Excellent phone communication skills and objection handling
3. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to build rapport naturally
4. Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel
5. Experience with warranty, GAP insurance, or motor trade is a plus

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week if working Saturday)
