Job Description
Configuration Controller (Defence & Aerospace)Location: Bristol / Hybrid (Project and work dependent)

Join a forward-thinking engineering team as a Configuration Controller, where you'll play a vital role in managing and maintaining configuration control across high-paced defence projects. Reporting to the Configuration Control and PLM Manager, you'll ensure full compliance with configuration management (CM) standards and support the effective use of Siemens Teamcenter PLM tools.
You will take ownership of all configuration data hardware and software ensuring accurate baselines are captured and maintained. You'll manage change control processes, support engineering change requests, and facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to guide project evolution. As a key stakeholder, you'll also deliver configuration status reports and contribute to CM planning across bids and ongoing programmes.
Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:
