Job Description

Bora Bora, Majorca, Cannes, Maldives, Dubai… the list goes on.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing events agency who works B2B and provides a wide range for their clients from events and conferences to virtual events to incentive travel (they do this a lot, so get your passport ready!).

You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of clients, managing every aspect of their events -whether it's a 500+ attendee conference in the UK or an unforgettable incentive trip to the Maldives. No two events are the same and it’s your responsibility to ensure each experience exceeds expectations and keeps clients coming back.

Your projects will take you across the globe to some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations. You'll be the person bringing each event to life, combining strong communication skills with the ability to confidently lead projects from initial concept through to flawless execution whilst working with the rest of the team!

Ideally, you’ll bring at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar agency role, producing corporate events and incentive travel. You might be a Project Executive ready to take the next step, or a Project Manager looking to join a company where you feel inspired and proud of the work you do. Experience with Cvent is a plus, as the platform is regularly used within the business.

This fantastic company is based in Brighton but there is a very sensible approach to hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days as WFH – The core office day is Monday, the rest does vary but you will need to have some flexibility depending on projects/workloads.

There are great opportunities to progress within the company as they continue to grow. From a package perspective you are looking at £38,000 – £40,000 with lots of other benefits including the international travel, further development training, team trips and more!

If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our advert.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
