Confidential Opportunity – Regional Lead (M&E) – Mission Critical Projects Location: North West England | Competitive Package + Bonus + Benefits A leading specialist contractor delivering high-performance M&E solutions for mission-critical environments is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Regional Lead to oversee and grow operations across the North West of England. This confidential appointment offers a rare opportunity to join a scaling business backed by a major European parent group, with a strong pipeline of complex, fast-paced projects across the data centre, clean room, and advanced manufacturing sectors. The Role As Regional Lead, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of M&E packages on technically demanding projects while playing a key role in the strategic development of the UK business. You will manage a small but growing team, maintain client relationships, and drive quality and performance across your region. Key Responsibilities Act as the regional lead for M&E project delivery in the North West Oversee full lifecycle delivery of projects (typically £100k to several £million) Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 direct reports Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business Liaise with internal design and commercial teams to ensure project success Support business development and identify new opportunities Regular travel to client sites; ideally office-based once a week What We\’re Looking For Proven experience delivering M&E packages on mission-critical projects Strong client-facing and commercial management skills Able to operate independently in a mobile, regional role Motivated, delivery-driven, and able to build trust with clients and colleagues Ideally based in the North West (Manchester / Liverpool region) Why Apply?
