Job Title: Water Hygiene Coordinator / Administrator Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary/Benefits: £25k – £31k + Training & Benefits We are seeking a Water Hygiene Coordinator / Administrator on behalf of a well-known name within the industry. It would be beneficial for applicants to have previous / current experience within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company, as they need someone who can hit the ground running. Daily tasks will vary, so candidates with a flexible and adaptable nature would suit this position. You will be working out of their Yorkshire office, supporting daily appointment management among other duties. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits. Candidates will ideally need to be based in / around: Leeds, Horsforth, Garforth, Sherburn in Elmet, Boston Spa, Tadcaster, Wetherby, Knaresborough, Harrogate, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Bradford, Otley, Guiseley, Pudsey, Morley, Rothwell, Skipton, Ilkley, Keighley. Experience / Qualifications: – Strong experience working as a Coordinator / Administrator, ideally within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company – Ideally will have working knowledge of HSG and ACOP L8 guidelines – Strong organisational skills – Excellent literacy and numeracy skills – Proficient in the use of IT software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite – Good phone manner The Role: – Working within a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company, supporting the smooth running of daily operations – Answering client enquiries via telephone and email – Overseeing diaries for a team of site staff – Managing appointments for engineers – Contacting clients to arrange site access – Ensuring works run to agreed deadlines – Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff – Providing project updates to clients – Ordering of uniforms, tools and materials – Building strong rapport with clients Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.
