A regional housebuilder is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their team on a long-term freelance basis, starting immediately. You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, predominantly by ensuring that the units are completed to a high quality in overseeing all trades works through to CML. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, as well as liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations.
