Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leiston

We’re working with a global civil engineering and construction specialist involved in major infrastructure projects. As part of a landmark development in Suffolk, they’re looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial and contractual elements of the project.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading cost planning and contract administration
• Managing subcontractors and supporting junior QS staff
• Overseeing procurement, variations, valuations, and claims
• Working closely with project and construction teams
• Supporting budget control, forecasts, and reporting to leadership

What They’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience on large-scale projects
• Commercial awareness and leadership skills
• RICS membership (or working towards it)
