Human Resources Advisor As a Human Resources Advisor, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate data management, clear communication, and appropriate escalation where needed. You\’ll provide expert advice on employee relations matters including TUPE, Management of Change (MOC), and audits. You\’ll also lead on People Relations support for DHU and the wider People & Culture team, including delivering training to advisors and managers to ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and employment legislation. Location: Derby What DHU can offer you: Working Patterns: We recognise that 9-5 doesn\’t work for everyone, so we have a range of working patterns available to suit your work/life balance. Our friendly team will work with you to find the best fixed pattern for us both. Competitive salary: £29,970 – £34,311 (Band 5) Generous annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays.
