An excellent opportunity to join the Corporate Governance team of a fast growing Financial service provider. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of company secretarial and corporate governance support to the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely corporate governance and company secretarial support, maintaining accurate company registers, policies, and documentation.
- Prepare agendas, resolutions, minutes, actions, and ensure completion of corporate, statutory, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external corporate service providers to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and effective operational relationships.
- Maintain awareness of governance best practices, support team objectives, and undertake additional duties aligned with skills and business needs.
Candidate Profile
- 1-3 yearsβ experience as a Company Secretarial Assistant or in a similar role.
- Currently studying towards, or intending to commence studies towards, a recognised qualification as a Chartered Secretary or Corporate Governance professional (e.g. CGI UK & Ireland qualification).
- Experience of advising on a range of corporate governance matters.
