Global Account Manager – Oil & Gas The Client: A UK manufacturing firm with a strong engineering pedigree built up over many years. They have invested heavily in recent years in infrastructure and R&D to ensure they have a platform for further growth. To facilitate this, they are now looking for a Global Account Manager to develop some large manufacturing accounts. The Role: You will take responsibility for a small number of high-value OEM accounts. These are in the form of blue-chip brands from engineering and industrial markets. It will be up to you to be PROACTIVE in your endeavours – profiling the accounts correctly, defining the overall decision-making unit within each account, performing accurate needs-analysis procedures and effectively increasing wallet share across each account. There is significant inhouse design and engineering capacity so you will have plenty of scope to go after a wide variety of business.
