Carbon Consultant / Carbon Accountant – ESG & Sustainability (Hybrid – Warrington)

Location: Warrington (1 day per week on-site)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

We\’re looking for an analytical and motivated Carbon Consultant to support our clients in understanding and managing their carbon footprint. This is a hybrid role with just 1 day per week in our Warrington office – perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible working environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Carbon Accounting using frameworks such as GHG Protocol
  • Conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
  • Supporting ESG strategy and reporting
  • Working with carbon and sustainability data using tools like Power BI or R
  • Advising clients on emissions reductions and net-zero pathways

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in carbon accounting, GHG emissions, and ESG frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Power BI, R, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with sustainability regulations, Scope 1-3 emissions, and LCA methodology
  • Passion for sustainability and a consulting mindset
