Job Description

A leading global business administrations services firm is undergoing a significant transformation of its Accounting & Tax (A&T) operations. As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Transformation Business Partner to help shape and implement the future delivery model across multiple jurisdictions.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a global transformation and influence change at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global, regional, and local teams to design and implement a new Accounting & Tax delivery model.
  • Lead and support process design, standardisation, and implementation across jurisdictions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment during transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership and transformation teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of key transformation milestones.

About You

  • Strong experience in Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) design and roll-out.
  • Excellent project management skills across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success in global transformation roles, ideally within multinational or professional services contexts.
  • Skilled at driving change across diverse geographies and cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
