We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Change Management Consultant to support a major digital and data modernisation programme within a leading global airline. This multi-year initiative is reshaping the organisation’s data infrastructure, operating model, and culture, with the goal of becoming a product-led, data-driven enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support change management efforts across a large-scale transformation programme
- Engage with stakeholders across legacy and modern teams to promote buy-in and alignment
- Translate complex technical and strategic goals into clear, actionable communications
- Support the development and implementation of modern data warehousing and analytics capabilities
- Help shape and embed a product-led operating model across the organisation
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in large-scale corporate IT and data transformation programmes
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influence and alignment
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Jira
- Airline industry experience is a plus but not essential
