Are you a Senior Digital Account Manager OR Senior Paid Media Account Manager looking for a new opportunity with an incredible digital and creative agency in Leicestershire? Our client is super flexible so ideally you will be onsite 2 days per week, but if you need more flexibility than this, I would still love to hear from you. You will be experienced in managing client relationships and developing strategy and managing SEO and PPC campaigns (you don’t need to be doing the do but managing strategy and client-relationship). The Client Our client is a lovely digital and creative agency set up by two talented people who wanted to grow an agency in the right way, with a focus on people and relationships. They have shaped and created a culture of support where everyone works collaboratively. This team works with a range of B2B and B2C clients and offers services across web design and digital marketing including PPC and SEO. The Role As Senior Paid Media Manager you will be stepping into an exciting role with huge growth opportunities. You may already be working at SAM level, or you may be hoping to step into a role where you can take a real lead of a team. If you are there already or not quite then I would still like to hear from you. This role will be focused on managing client relationships, account growth and managing a range of SEO and PPC projects. You don’t need to be hands-on doing the do, but you do need to have a good understanding and ideally experience in digital marketing to be able to advise on strategy and manage delivery through the team. About You To be the successful candidate for the role will have the following experience: Have strong experience in developing strategies across digital marketing and in particular PPC and SEO Coming from a digital marketing agency where you are working with clients to feed into PPC and SEO strategy and then briefing the delivery team and managing from start to finish Although you don’t need to be doing the PPC and SEO yourself you need to know your way around the platforms and be able to draw data and insights and work with the client to build on their digital strategy You will have strong experience in relationship building and have a growth mindset A passion for improvement and able to help shape the agency service offering, looking for gaps and coming up with solutions Spotting opportunities and being creative with your approach Supporting with new business pitches and helping to grow client accounts with a commercial outlook Experience in stakeholder engagement and working on a range of different projects This client is offering a fab working environment and ideally 2 days per week in the office BUT we would also like to hear from you if you are looking for 1 day per week or every other week onsite.
