In this pivotal role, you will provide key financial insights and drive strategic decision-making to support business growth. You\’ll partner with the Senior Leadership Team, influencing decisions with your commercial data expertise and contributing to our business success. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting, analysing revenue, margin, and cost performance across our B2C and B2B channels. You\’ll deliver accurate, timely financial reporting alongside investigating ad-hoc performance challenges in order to identify actionable financial insight to drive our performance forward. Alongside this, you\’ll also be accountable for Assisting in the creation of annual budgets and forecasts, reflecting business trends and potential risks, working with senior leaders to ensure forecasts align with business strategies, monitoring budget variances and the drivers of deviations. Business partnering to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and new business opportunities, such as investment appraisals, to drive profitability. Analysing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using Excel and Power BI. You\’ll be part or fully qualified (ACCA or CIMA preferred). You will have robust Excel skills to support financial modelling. Sage and Power BI experience are beneficial, but not essential. With strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management, you\’ll also have a clear ability to articulate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
