£30,000 – £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
A leading surveying firm near Ashford is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join their close-knit team. The Role:
Youll work across a variety of projects including residential, commercial and infrastructure schemes. The scope of work includes Land Surveying, Measured Building Surveys, Laser Scanning, Monitoring, Drone Surveys, Earthworks/Volumetric Analysis, and Setting Out. You will also have the chance to process data using the latest CAD and survey software.
Most projects are within a 1-hour radius of the office, with very rare overnight stays required.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed topographical and measured building surveys
Perform monitoring, setting out, boundary and drone surveys
Operate Leica equipment and process data using CAD and survey software
Maintain high standards of accuracy and data quality
Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project needs
Requirements:
2+ years UK land surveying experience
Full UK driving licence
