Store – PHI-WARRINGTON, PA
Join our friendly customer service team at Michaels! Help customers shop, find products, and enjoy a fast checkout experience. Assist with truck unloading, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and inviting store environment.
- Help customers locate products and provide solutions
- Ensure quick and friendly checkout; handle cash transactions professionally
- Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate about Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
- Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram setup
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store recovery standards
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety initiatives
- Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
- Interact respectfully with customers and team members; promote a positive store environment
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production
- Other duties as assigned

- Retail and customer service experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching tasks
- Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders or equipment to access high shelves
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled store; some outdoor work and non-climate-controlled stock rooms
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
