Job Title: Class 2 HGV Driver

Type of Role: Ongoing / Ad Hoc Days

Start Times: Various morning starts

Shifts Available: 7 days a week

Minimum 8 hours paid per shift + overtime

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Weekdays: £15.68 / hour (inc. holiday pay) | £14.00 / hour (base PAYE)
• Overtime & Saturdays: £23.52 / hour (inc. holiday pay) | £21.00 / hour (base PAYE)
• Sundays & Bank Holidays: £31.36 / hour (inc. holiday pay) | £28.00 / hour (base PAYE)

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to work with one of the UK’s best-known DIY and home improvement brands. The role involves:

• Loading and delivering various DIY products (e.g. garden tools, home furniture, flooring & paint supplies) to customers.
• Home deliveries with assistance from a porter.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and following Health & Safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cat C (Class 2) driving experience is essential.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
