Our global NetSuite partner client is looking to appoint a NetSuite Project Manager to join the team and rescue a project which is at early stages which is not has been going completely to plan.

They require a confident, client facing, heavy hitting project manager who can get this project back on track and deliver this successfully.

Candidate would need to be available immediately or within 2 weeks to be considered.

This role will predominantly be remote working with very occasional need to visit the client’s site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementation
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with internal NetSuite users, third-party consultants, and vendors.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure data integrity, testing, training, and successful go-live planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement and post-go-live support/optimisation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience managing NetSuite implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, SCM, etc.).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and third-party NetSuite applications is a plus.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is desirable.

Location: UK Remote

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
