Our client, a rapidly growing and award-winning NetSuite Partner, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of large and complex NetSuite programmes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing risks before they arise, and delivering projects that align tightly with client business goals. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from planning and budgeting through to testing, training and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large and complex NetSuite projects end-to-end
- Lead project planning, governance, communication, and stakeholder management
- Monitor project budgets, manage overruns, and oversee change requests
- Plan and facilitate internal and external project meetings
- Oversee PMO performance and drive continuous improvements across processes
- Identify risks, issues, and blockers early, implementing mitigation strategies
- Provide escalation support on smaller projects when required
- Resource planning for new projects and coordinating with senior leadership
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering ERP or similar large-scale transformation projects
- Strong ability to lead projects from inception to close, using PM tools and frameworks
- Experience adapting delivery processes to support client needs, timelines and SoWs
- Excellent risk and issue management experience with proactive solutions mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all project levels
- High emotional intelligence – comfortable navigating pressure and complexity
- Experience with NetSuite project delivery strongly preferred
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
Location
- Remote, with occasional travel to client sites and office locations across the UK
