This role will focus on scaling our Enterprise Marketing strategy and is critical in assisting us achieve our vision to create an independent currency of trust in the UK. You will be a key member of the Regional Marketing team, building:Brand awareness and growth by creating and managing the marketing investment and customer narrative in the UK. Strategies that attract Enterprise customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams.Omni-channel programs and campaigns targeting our Enterprise customers and prospects and working with our Commercial partners to optimise conversion. Expertise in Enterprise marketing, market nuances, and local insight. This role will help lead and develop our Enterprise marketing strategy to deliver value and growth in the acquisition and retention of Enterprise customers across the UK. You will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with our Commercial teams. Alongside the Marketing Director, you will create and implement an impactful and commercially focused Enterprise marketing strategy, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), the E2E Enterprise customer journey, and lifecycle programs. You will work closely with other stakeholders in Marketing such as Digital, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure an effective omnichannel approach. What you’ll be doing:Own and deliver an ‘always-on’ multi-channel Enterprise strategy with a clear focus on brand positioning, growth, and ROI across acquisition and retention. A channel strategy to enlarge the reach of our Enterprise acquisition and retention marketing strategy, particularly analysing and testing new channels – including events, email, digital, and content. Oversee the day-to-day ABM program, execution, and reporting, working with our agency to optimise and scale the program. This will be led and executed in collaboration with our marketing agency. A close partnership with Enterprise Commercial functions to align on goals and maximise the effectiveness of campaigns. Partner with marketing functions across Digital, Product & Audience, and Partner Marketing to represent the UK market in developing the value proposition, E2E customer experience, and growth levers.
