Technology M&A Integration Specialist (Contract)
A major international organisation is working on a specific M&A transaction and are looking for an experienced Technology M&A Integration specialist who is readily available to assist as an M&A Integration Lead.
You will lead on the mobilisation plan, delivering a current state and landing architecture; the integration strategy, scope, objectives, and roadmap; have oversight of the implementation including the technology PMO; and implementing monitoring and effective communication across functions and committees.
This is the equivalent of a Director level contract, however strong Senior Managers will potentially be considered.

- Multiple years of experience across several full lifecycle technology M&A deals
- Extensive experience in technology integration planning and integration
- Expert programme planning and management for complex strategic change initiatives
- Principal industry experience in non-financial services related industries (retail, pharma, supply chain etc).
- Ex-Consultancy (Big 4 / Strat house) is preferred but not required
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
Day rate is dependent on experience. Initial six months contract likely to roll. London-based hybrid working.
