Site Works Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Site Works Manager to join our Defence Division working on site at RAF Halton in Aylesbury
The role will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all of the planned and reactive works for the site
Responsibilities
- Manage the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring all planned/reactive works meet contractual SLAs
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, including scheduling, inductions, and monitoring
- Advise on and arrange remedial works, obtaining client quotes for approval
- Assist in monthly client performance reporting and document compliance
- Upload and manage compliance documentation on Maximo and SharePoint
- Collaborate with Facilities Managers to develop resource plans and drive operational improvements
- Actively manage suppliers to deliver the best value and ensure service excellence
- Support the Account Manager and Commercial team with financial oversight
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- An understanding of facilities management and service delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with CAFM systems would be beneficial (Maximo preferred)
- Excellent IT skills (Outlook, MS Office, data management)
- A Technical / Trades background would be advantageous
