Our client is a leading Telecoms company with European HQ in London. They are looking for a pro-active Logistics Co-ordinator to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods across their supply chain. In a nutshell you will report to the Head of Department and manage 3rd party logistics partners, support daily dispatch and fulfilment operations.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound logistics
- Liaise with warehouses, couriers, and 3rd party providers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues.
- Handle shipment bookings, delivery tracking, and issue resolution across domestic and international movements.
- Monitor and update stock levels across systems and physical storage points.
- Assist with inventory audits and ensure accurate stock records.
- Process and prepare internal and external orders for dispatch.
- Collaborate with suppliers, couriers, and logistics partners to ensure service levels are met.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Services, Marketing, and Sales to support campaign fulfilment and stock availability
- Maintain and update logistics tracking sheets and provide regular reporting on deliveries, delays, and inventory KPIs.
- Recommend improvements to logistics workflows and support new projects (e.g. new warehouse rollouts, packaging updates).
Essential
- 1-3 years experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Experience using ERP (Dynamics 365), WMS (Custom build warehouse management system)
