Talentedge are actively recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant for a leading Entertainment agency based in Soho, Central London. The role offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office per week and a salary of £40-£45k. Duties include: Month End Ledger Close – Closing all ledgers (Sales, Purchase, General Ledger) including revaluation journals Checking bank reconciliations for material error or omission Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for month end including but not limited to trade debtors & creditors, VAT, cash, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals Reviewing of inter-production balances & reconciliations with productions Facilitating various company recharges to/from production on a periodic basis Preparing Quarterly VAT returns Participating in ad hoc management information data preparation Supporting senior accountants with process improvements and month-end close Contributing to shortening month-end close processes Treasury admin – open and close bank accounts as instructed 1st release of weekly payment runs and transfers in Barclays Process payment on Barclays to aid working capital Assist Financial Accountants with managing working capital and bank balances The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, appetite for responsibility and be able to wor…
