Senior UX Designer
Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits
Location: Hybrid/London area (1-2 days per week in the office)
I am partnered with a high-growth, FinTech that is one of the leading providers in their industry, and has ambitious plans to triple its user base in the coming years; this role will play a key role in developing and executing the UX design roadmap across all their digital facing products, with a key focus on their apps.

We\’re seeking a Senior UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and meaningful user experiences. In this role, you\’ll be instrumental in crafting app journeys that are both seamless and delightful. Your work will go beyond the screen – championing design thinking throughout the organisation and keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a shift toward design thinking with a strong focus on mobile experiences.
- Delivering clear, validated designs to stakeholders at all levels.
- Using data, insights, and creativity to craft elegant, user-centred solutions.
- Setting UX strategy while designing intuitive interfaces and interactions.
- Mentoring junior designers and serving as a trusted team voice.

Requirements:
- 4+ years experience working across UX, UI and research.

- Proven experience in designing 0-1 mobile apps for strong brands.
- Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Tailor UX to audience needs and deliver pixel-perfect UX/UI.
- Collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced environments.
