Shift Manager Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Shift Manager to join the expanding team of our well established recycling and waste client based within Bedford. Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00-18:00. Pay rate: £16.00 per hour Duties and responsibilities: To ensure 100% compliance to the company. To ensure that all agencies employees have signed our induction requirements and they are compliant with our H&S standards ensuring they work safe and productive at all times. To be an active member of all SHEQ activities on site. To assist in the completion of risk assessments and SOPs. To conduct regular safety and environmental inspections. To ensure housekeeping is of a world-class standard and the site is visit and audit ready at all times.
