Your duties will include: Working on the production line, using a knife. Remove primal cuts from carcass cuts following the correct cutting lines and seams for the station you are operating. Ensure that any bones removed are to the required customer specification and ensure yields are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills / qualifications / attributes: – Previous experience of butchery Previous experience of working in a factory environment Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
