Responsibilities

Working on the production line, using a knife.
Remove primal cuts from carcass cuts following the correct cutting lines and seams for the station you are operating.
Ensure that any bones removed are to the required customer specification and ensure yields are achieved.

Qualifications

Previous experience of butchery
Previous experience of working in a factory environment

Hours of Work

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 6am – 2.30pm
