About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our client on a large-scale student accommodation development in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work as part of an established mechanical team, helping to deliver high-quality plumbing installations across a multi-unit residential project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems within new-build student accommodation units
  • Carry out first and second fix works, including pipework, sanitary ware, drainage, and heating systems
  • Work from technical drawings and collaborate with site supervisors and other trades
  • Ensure all work meets current regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within residential or multi-unit construction
  • NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
  • Valid CSCS / JIB card
  • Strong understanding of building and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
