A HNWI is looking for a top-level Private and Business PA to join their team!
The role: Business/Private PA
Location: West London, 5 days in office
Salary: Up to £100k DOE
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 9am-6pm plus extensive out of hours support
This is an incredible role for an experienced PA with a creative background looking for a new challenge. You will be someone with great longevity looking for an exciting position. They want someone who will join them on their journey and also be 10 steps ahead at all times. You will be patient, self-assured, confident, and composed.
Duties include:
- Maintaining a high volume of emails
- Attending business meetings and recording matters that need reporting back
- Coordinating PR activity, press, interviews, shorts, and social media
- Liaising with the housekeeper on private matters
- Coordinating activity with the book publisher
- Managing private banking, lawyers, and accounting
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years business or private PA support, ideally in a creative industry
- Complex diary, inbox, and travel management is essential
- Team player
- Must be highly motivated, driven to learn, work hard, and adapt to a fast-paced culture
- High attention to detail and a fantastic forward thinker
- Solution-oriented
