Job Title: MarineTechnician Location: City of London Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 DoE plus excellent benefits Working Pattern: Full Time – 3 days a week office based plus remote working Job Type: Technician Class of Business: Marine About the Role A leading Lloyd\’s broker has a fantastic opportunity for a Technician within their Marine team.They’re seeking someone with general marine (Hull, Cargo, Liability, Specie, Fine Art, PV) experience who can join this highly successful business. This opportunity sits with a highly profitable team. Key Responsibilities Experience in the technical process (covering either insurance, reinsurance and treaties) Preparation of Slips and Underwriting information for broking purposes Assist the Marine and the team with premium signings and dealing with Xchanging Support the Broker in servicing client accounts, managing their technical needs and be confident enough to liaise and keep up with the demands of clients and underwriters Monitoring and Actioning Bureau Held Funds and Monthly KPI’s you will be heavily involved in all operational targets set by the head of Operations Preparation of cover notes, premium, Contract Load Up & all relevant documentation Excellent systems knowledge, Open Twins would be an advantage
