What You\’ll Do
As an Insurance Analyst in the Global Insurance team, you will be critical in helping our team meet our strategic objectives. This role supports the Insurance team in the administration of the global non-benefits insurance programs. You will work across BCG teams and functions to support our business growth, provide insurance expertise, and leverage new ways of working.
WHAT YOU\’LL DO
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brokers to obtain and deliver certificates of insurance;
- Oversee invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payments;
- Support renewal process by assisting Global Insurance team with review of exposure data, analyzing coverage comparisons, preparing presentations, and compiling reports;
- Work closely with Insurance Manager to ensure effective implementation of the Risk Management Information System (Origami);
- Assist with maintaining and updating contract templates for vendors, contractors, and events across multiple countries;
- Collaborate with Insurance Manager on insurance reviews of non-U.S. affiliates, including researching local regulations and assessing coverage compliance;
- Aid the Global Insurance team with developing internal guidelines and responsible for documenting them in the knowledge reference library;
- Provide ad hoc support to Global Insurance team, as needed.

What You\’ll Bring
- Bachelor\’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field
- 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management and insurance, within a large corporate risk management department, insurance brokerage firm, or an insurance company; global and international program experience a plus

You will join a dynamic global insurance team of five, positioned within the larger legal team, where you will collaborate across BCG teams and functions including finance, global security, global real estate, procurement, etc. playing a pivotal role in advancing our team\’s strategic objectives.
