What You\’ll Do
The Global Brand Activation Senior Coordinator serves as the primary liaison, collaborator, and project manager supporting the delivery of creative concepts, visual identity systems, and brand assets for high-priority Global Marketing & Communications (M&C) and employer brand projects. You’ll help uncover the “why” behind requests to ensure the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team solves the right problems, strengthens storytelling, and delivers impactful creative outcomes.
* Serve as the main point of contact for key Global Marketing & Communications campaigns, global employer brand efforts, and other projects requiring Brand & Creative Strategy support.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted creative thought partner and proactive communicator to manage expectations and provide timely updates.
* Develop creative and project briefs to clarify objectives, audiences, messages, and deliverables.
* Coordinate project teams across Global Brand & Creative Strategy (Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, etc.) to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
* Lead day-to-day project management, establishing and tracking timelines, ensuring quality, and maintaining brand consistency.
* Collaborate with and manage external vendors and freelancers as needed, supporting resource recommendations and overseeing deliverable quality.
* Conduct post-project evaluations, gathering insights to inform continuous improvement.
* Contribute to process improvements and cross-team collaboration by sharing feedback and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

What You\’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative project management, ideally within a global brand or agency setting.
* Strong project management skills; proficiency with project management tools (experience with Wrike a plus).
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
* Experience supporting creative concepting and production processes from briefing through delivery.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
* Up-to-date understanding of brand and marketing best practices, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage expectations.
Who You\’ll Work With
You will be part of the Brand Activation function within the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the other functions across the team – including Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, and Operations. You will also work closely with other functions across the Global Marketing & Communications organization, as well as global teams associated with employer branding, such as People & Talent and Recruitment Marketing.
