The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Associate (4 years’ experience) with a strong background in Corporate Finance / M&A within the Infrastructure, Utilities, or Energy sectors. If you\’re passionate about being hands-on in transactions and enjoy building detailed financial models that drive critical investment decisions, this is your next challenge.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Valuation work and detailed financial modelling

Preparing client and internal presentations

Attending and contributing to client meetings

Supporting due diligence processes alongside third-party advisors

Sector and market analysis for potential investments

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 4 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or modelling – ideally within Infrastructure

✔️ Background in Investment Banking or Big 4 Corporate Finance (Infrastructure focus)
