Job Role- Maintenance Plumber & Boiler Technician Job Type: Full Time Permanent Location: South East London Job Description: Are you looking for a role where your skills can make a real difference to people\’s lives? At Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), we provide safe, well-maintained homes for adults living with mental health needs across South East London. We\’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Plumber & Boiler Technician to join our friendly team and help us keep our properties in excellent condition. You\’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residents live in safe, comfortable homes. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You\’ll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing and boiler repairs. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, toilets, and pipework Diagnose and repair domestic boilers and heating systems (Gas Safe qualification desirable) Support with other general maintenance tasks including basic electrical, carpentry, and tiling work Conduct routine inspections and planned maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required Maintain accurate job records and liaise with the property team Requirements: Gas Safe registered (preferred) or strong boiler repair experience Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage your workload What We Offer: Competitive salary and overtime pay depending on experience 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme and training opportunities A friendly and supportive working environment If this sounds like the role for you, we\’d love to hear from you!
