We\’re on the hunt for a talented and visionary Senior Service Designer to shape and enhance the end-to-end customer and employee experiences across our digital and physical touchpoints. In this crucial role, you\’ll be instrumental in identifying user needs, mapping complex service journeys, and designing innovative solutions that deliver seamless and impactful experiences within the financial services sector.
You\’ll work closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers, leading the charge in translating intricate business challenges into elegant, user-centred service designs. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive research , creating service blueprints and journey maps , and developing prototypes to test and refine solutions. You\’ll also be expected to mentor more junior designers and champion service design best practices across the organisation.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in service design, with a significant portion of that time spent working within the financial services industry . A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in advanced service design methodologies and a deeply user-centric approach is essential for this senior position.
Location & Hybrid Working
This role is based in Leeds , and we\’re looking for candidates who currently reside in Leeds or the surrounding areas. You\’ll be happy to attend our Leeds office twice a week as part of our hybrid working model.
