Lucy is searching for a talented 3D Designer & Visualiser to join a boutique consumer branding and packaging agency, based in London.

As a 3D Designer with excellent visualisation skills, you will:
- Translate brand concepts and packaging ideas into high-end 3D visuals that elevate and clarify the design narrative.
- Work closely with the wider design team to bring early concepts to life with visuals.
- Craft realistic materials, lighting, environments and textures to create beautifully rendered assets for presentations, pitches and production.
- Collaborate across branding and packaging projects, supporting the team with both conceptual renders and final production visuals.
- Push creative boundaries through experimentation and innovation in form, finish, and visual storytelling.
- Maintain a sharp eye on detail and design intent.
- Contribute to refining internal 3D processes and best practices as the studio continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a 3D designer/visualiser in a branding, packaging or creative agency environment.
- A stunning portfolio of 3D work that demonstrates both technical excellence and conceptual flair, ideally within FMCG.
- Expertise in Cinema 4D and Corona render plug-in (or equivalent rendering software), with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating hyper-realistic renders for packaging, brand worlds, mock-ups, and environments.
