Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant β Executive Search
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: Β£26,000 β Β£27,000 (DOE) + Commission (Β£40k-Β£50k++++ in year 1)

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing individuals all the way to offer stage
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates in the USA.
- Source top talent using a range of cutting edge recruitment software.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs each month.
Requirements:
- No previous recruitment experience needed, a strong drive to succeed is the only essential!
- Personable and confidence in speaking with senior level individuals over the phone.
