The post holder will be responsible for working across all aspects of production operations within the Plastics Department, ensuring that production deadlines are met efficiently, safely and to appropriate quality standards.
Shift Pattern – 3 Week Rotation Pattern
Nightshift (Sunday to Thursday 22:00 – 06:15)
Evening Shift (Monday to Friday 14:00 – 22:15)
Day Shift (Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:15)
Responsibilities
- Working across all aspects of the production operations
- Ensuring that production deadlines are met efficiently, safely and to appropriate quality standards.
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are adhered to.
- Ensuring efficient production flow.
- Escalating issues to production management as required.
- Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work area.
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed with the Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements
Essential
- Experience in a production environment
- Good IT skills with working knowledge of MRP
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- High regard for Health and Safety
