One of our clients currently seek a ITSM Engineer to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract. This role is fully remote.
Key components:
- Strong experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in scripting for automation and customization.
- Familiarity with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Experience with CMDB, asset management, and service catalog setup.
- Administer and support the ITSM platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional ITSM workflows.
- Manage and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
