Systems Developer £40,000 to £50,000 Telford (On-Site)
Full-Time – Flexible Tech Stack – Agile Environment

We are working with a progressive organisation based in Telford that is continuing to invest in its internal technology function. As part of this, they are looking to bring in a Systems Developer to support ongoing systems development and process improvement across the business.

This is a full-time, on-site role suited to a technically strong developer who is confident working across the full development lifecycle and comfortable adapting to varied technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal software systems and tools
• Work end-to-end on projects from gathering requirements to deployment
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver technical solutions
• Operate in an agile environment with regular stand-ups and sprint planning
• Contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team

What They re Looking For

• A solid developer with strong coding skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience with Python is desirable, but not essential if technically sound
• Capable of gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical decisions
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies

The Technical Environment Includes

• Python, React, JavaScript
• SQL, Power BI, Power Query
• Git, modern development tools and cloud-based systems
• Flexible on specific technologies the focus is on capability and adaptability
